Can I come and visit the community?

As a home for vulnerable adults, the community is not open to the public, but visitors are welcome to walk the Corbenic Poetry Path which is open, free, 365 days a year.

The public are also warmly welcomed to attend our annual Advent Market, held at Corbenic Community on the on the last Saturday in November. Come and enjoy getting into the Christmas spirit while picking up some beautiful gifts from our resident’s workshops and local artisans. Further details will be made available prior to the event.

Do you accept international applications?

We welcome applications for live-in volunteers from around the world. Please see our Volunteers section for more information and how to apply.

How accessible is the Poetry Path?

The Corbenic Poetry Path is open, free, 365 days a year. It is rolling route, 3.5km long, that winds its way up and down around the perimeter of the Corbenic Estate with some narrow sections that are not suited to wheeled vehicles.

The route finishes along the River Braan with a fairly steep ascent of c.25-30 steps, although this section can be bypassed.

Does the Poetry Path have a café or toilets on site?

No, it does not, but our Shop & Café in Dunkeld are only 10mins away by car.
