Support Worker
About role
Support residents to ensure the highest standard of care and support is provided at all times within a warm and inclusive community environment. Assist with daily living, personal care and domestic duties, helping to promote residents’ independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to residents’ individual needs, wishes and preferences.
- Support residents with daily living activities, personal care, communication and attending appointments or activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records in line with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
- Carry out domestic duties including cooking, cleaning and laundry to help maintain a safe, warm and homely environment.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Demonstrates a suitable attitude towards care work and personal values align with Corbenic’s
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in any care role
- Relevant Qualification (SVQ in Health & Social care or equivalent)
- Relevant Care training
- SSSC membership
- Full drivers’ licence (manual)

Full-Time: 37.5 Hours
Salary Range: £27007.50 — £28080.00
